The Ganbaru Detroit ninja, parkour, and bouldering youth program consist of weekly classes for ages 5 to 13. The 45-minutes class includes a warm-up, obstacle coaching/technique, and endurance and can be taken once or twice per week. It includes a variety of exercises, games, and activities that help students learn how to do the obstacles just like on American Ninja Warrior! In addition to building physical strength, endurance, speed, agility, and coordination. Our coaches also promote the development of life skills, facilitating mental toughness, confidence, sportsmanship, and integrity.
